Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Say n Play is made by Vicky Games, Gothenburg, Sweden. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Premium subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI games (Say)
- Game suggestions and AI games are written by an AI and can sometimes be wrong, odd or not fit your group. Quiz answers may contain mistakes. Use your own judgement.
- Don't ask for content that is illegal, hateful or harmful. We may block such requests.
- To keep the service fair and running, AI games are limited per day and per month. The current limits are shown in the app.
Play safely and responsibly
- Some games include physical challenges or dares. Only do what is safe and what everyone is comfortable with. You can always skip.
- Adult and drinking levels are only for people 18 and older. Drink responsibly, follow local laws, and any drink works, with or without alcohol.
- Respect the people you play with.
Your use of the app
You may use Say n Play for personal, non-commercial fun. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its content, and don't try to misuse or overload our AI service.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the app working, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
